Biogas plant

The biogas plant has an increasingly high importance in the use of renewable energy products.

However, processed biogas cannot be easily injected into public gas networks. It must be measured (billing) and analysed (quality, heating value), and the structure must be checked (gas quality analysis). As well as conditioning the gas to network quality, it is also frequently necessary to compress it. This is ensured by specially designed biogas plants.

These processes are technically very demanding, and require perfect planning and implementation. All operational  components such as GPRM technology, compressor technology, automation, building technology, security systems, etc., are designed and built by CeH4.

With strategic partners, CeH4 has already designed, planned and built biogas plants on many sites. So far, we have implemented – or been heavily involved in the planning of – over 40 of such major projects.
