A fast response when needed

With the spare parts service, we offer our customers a special security package:. For all systems included in an agreement, a complete range of spare parts, wearing parts kits, filter cardriges and other listed parts is available to all of our customers. In the event of failure, we can very quickly change the parts required and avoid prolonged disruptions of supply.

Our clients usually connect the availability of spare parts with a service or on-call service agreement. The wear parts which we expertly store are used during maintenance, and new ones are ordered in advance. Thus, we always have a new set of components available.

For particularly sensitive systems – for example biogas plants, which have a high availability, or regulating systems in stubs – we also create a risk analysis. This assesses which parts and components have which priorities in the event of failure. With this information, we create a parts list and define what is to be kept, and what can be obtained (incl. delivery time) in the standard order.

With its increasing number of customers, particularly in the industrial sector, the spare parts service is becoming increasingly important.
